It's hard to guess from the façade what cuisine is served here, but then the live fish tanks by the entrance give it away. There is no menu: guests make their selection and specify how they would like it cooked. Seafood from Yilan, Penghu, Japan and other places are prepared in traditionally Taiwanese ways, namely steamed or shallow-fried, to highlight their natural flavours. Go alone or with friends – portions are adjusted according to party size.
