In northeast Italy, a frasca, identifiable by a branch hung over its doorway, was a gathering place for sharing farm-style food. In stark contrast, this stylish hotel restaurant boasts a modern vibe and a menu focused on authentic Italian home-style favourites. The handmade pasta stands out, especially the al dente ravioli.
