To dine against a breathtaking backdrop of the Bosporus, head to the terrace. This is an upmarket restaurant showcasing traditional Turkish cuisine on an à la carte basis. Think medium-rare roasted lamb served with a refreshing salad and grilled aubergine. Less is more at Borsa. Make sure you leave room for dessert – the classic katmer (crispy filo pastry filled with pistachio) is very tempting!
