Take the lift to the top floor of the Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus and discover the world of Mürver. You can start with an aperitif in the hip cocktail bar, then soak up the romantic atmosphere of the restaurant. Finally, take in the breathtaking views of the metropolis from the fabulous terrace. An open fire is the centrepiece of the kitchen, where you can also see meat and fish drying. Smoky and barbecue notes form the basis of captivating creations featuring regional produce and original combinations. The dishes are spicy, bold and fiery.
