From the moment you arrive, service of the highest standard awaits you here in the fine dining restaurant of the A-ROSA Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal. Then there is the fabulously chic interior design… and the cuisine by Sascha Kemmerer, who trained under Ortwin Adam, recipient of a MICHELIN star in 1978 in the original Ifen Hotel. He wins diners over with the outstanding craftsmanship and harmonious flavours of his creative dishes. With a predilection for regional ingredients, he also looks beyond the borders of the Kleinwalsertal. The set menu echoes the changing seasons and comprises four to six courses, which you can also order individually. In addition, there is a short à la carte selection – including dishes for two. The chef likes to get involved, serving one or two courses himself. In summer, head for the terrace with its marvellous mountain views!
