Description
For over 20 years, this no-frills restaurant has had just one thing on the menu – authentic Chengdu hotpot. But diners won’t get bored because of the 18 soup bases and the stunning variety of dipping sauces, meat, offal, and sea and river fish on offer. Lamb is the preferred soup base available in winter, while the signature red spiced oil base and tomato base are also popular. Beef lovers should try cuts like aorta, tenderloin and leaf tripe.
