In his restaurant on the edge of the pretty town centre, Fabio Galizia (previously junior sous-chef at the restaurant of Schloss Schauenstein in Fürstenau) serves up a winning combination of Italian and French cuisine with a combination of seasonal influences. Order à la carte or opt for a set menu comprising four or five courses. The waitstaff are attentive and adept; excellent wine recommendations are provided by sommelier Anja Körber. The modern yet cosy interior is appealing. In summer, make a beeline for the terrace in front of the building or the courtyard.
