Schlossberg has been a culinary institution in the idyllic Murg Valley for decades. The interior is chic and stylish, incorporating modern lines, pale wood and serene hues of grey and beige, and occasional design features. Efficient father-and-son team Jörg and Nico Sackmann serve up classic cuisine as well as modern culinary creations that draw on international influences and ingredients. These dishes range from pared down to complex. There are two set menus comprising five to eight courses, one of which is vegetarian. For overnight stays, Hotel Sackmann has lovely guestrooms and a spa area.
