This wonderfully luxurious and elegant gourmet restaurant is situated in the exclusive Grand Hotel Heiligendamm in a wonderful location by the Baltic Sea – also known as the "white city by the sea". The sense of opulence extends to the cuisine, which comes courtesy of head chef Ronny Siewert, who hails from Nienburg (Saale). He and his kitchen team turn out delicately flavoured and elaborately detailed dishes that draw on only the most exclusive produce. The front-of-house team, led by Berlin-born Norman Rex, also knows how to impress: guests can look forward to attentive and elegant service, as well as expert advice when it comes to wine.
