The hospitality here is genuine, as is the kitchen team's appreciation of their ingredients. Alain Adriaanse shares his passion by delivering dishes that give familiar flavours the odd twist. With an Asian touch and fresh flavours, he elevates the sea bass tartare to new heights. He also puts a unique spin on steak tartare by adding playful textures. The extensive wine list is the icing on the cake.
