Description
Following Marco Akuzun's departure, Daniele di Fabio is the new head chef. As well as a good à la carte selection, a five-course set menu is served in the evening (vegetarian version available on request) and there is an attractive "business lunch" formula comprising two or three courses. The mouthwatering options include ricotta gnocchi with summer truffle and Parmesan, or guinea fowl saltimbocca with olive marinara sauce and basil purée. Furthermore, a creative tasting menu can be ordered in the evening. The upscale interior is both stylish and cosy, featuring warm wood and a minimalist design that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Lovely covered terrace with a working water wheel as the standout feature!
