Arva, from the Latin "cultivated land", pays homage to the sea, the land and its best seasonal ingredients purchased from the Rialto market and the islands of the Venetian lagoon. Chef Matteo Panfilio, who has an international experience in good restaurants, pays great attention to local vegetables.
