In the dining room, a shimmering chandelier and an eye-catching wall of wine set an elegant tone. Simple luxuries never disappoint, as in the caviar and oysters. Then, savor the light and elegant mushroom consommé stocked with meaty matsutake and foie gras. Agnolotti with hazelnut & celery foam is almost too pretty to eat, but then you'd miss the earthy umami of the roasted king oyster mushrooms. Finally, it's difficult to pick just one, so order the macaron sampling.
