This is the second Taiwanese outpost of its namesake in Japan, famous for its Western-style table experience delivered with teppanyaki techniques. There is no à la carte and the two set menus change with the seasons. Signatures include steamed abalone with rock salt, garlic fried rice, and Wagyu steak or tenderloin from Tamura farm. Finish in style with a choice of dessert made with seasonal fruit and served in the cosy lounge.
