Wolfgang Puck’s fresh, revitalising cuisine may have been born in Beverly Hills, but its second home atop Marina Bay Sands has proven an equally good fit. The menu is an appealing blend of American, Asian and European influences, with dishes ranging from honey miso broiled black cod to a falafel burger with roasted capsicum. The poolside terrace may provide great views, but the elegant dining room comes with a cooling serenity.
