Tucked inside a residential neighbourhood, this noodle shop with a subtle sign may not draw much attention from the outside. But the interior is a different world – where neon signs and graffiti murals subvert your expectations. House-made spinach noodles are topped with crabmeat with roe, or ‘shrimp trio’ (shrimps, tomalley and roe), with the option of adding clams or matsutake mushrooms. Seaweed crusted yellow croaker is also good.
