This long-standing neighbourhood noodle shop was renovated a few years back. Noodles are either tossed in shallot oil or served in broth, but the former are more popular. They come with a heap of fried scallion, but you can also add an array of toppings, like spicy ground pork with diced potato, fried pork ribs, braised pork belly, or eel. You can also ask for a free refill of noodles. Come early to beat the peak-time queues.
