Piselli is the Italian word for “pea” and this vegetable is highly significant for the owner Juscelino Pereira who still maintains his custom of decorating every plate with three peas. Nowadays, the brand has three restaurants in São Paulo and one in Brasilia, and the cuisine is the same in each of them: namely, high-quality Italian cooking inspired by the Piedmont region. Dishes here are well prepared and full of flavour. Among them, we recommend the incredible “burrata calda al tartufo”, baked in delicious focaccia. Follow this, perhaps, with the homemade tortelloni filled with mozzarella di bufala and served with a fresh tomato and basil sauce, and the classic ossobuco alla milanese with saffron rice. In summary, a simply wonderful culinary experience.
