Here, inside the renowned Chez Claude restaurant in Leblon, chef Claude Troisgros offers a sensory gastronomic experience that aims to awaken all five senses. The small dining room, with seating for just 12 guests per sitting, provides the setting for a tasting menu that evolves in line with lighting effects and the projection of images that varies according to the background music. The contemporary cuisine has a strong French influence and somewhat nostalgic feel thanks to family recipes handed down through the generations.
