An early 20C art nouveau property on the edge of town plays host to this spacious restaurant with a large front terrace and a distinct Nordic style. The seasonally changing menu comprises modern dishes that are made up of numerous elements and combine many flavours and textures in great harmony. Seafood is a strength – with some sourced from the Barents Sea – and the produce is displayed on ice in the middle of the room and explained to diners as they arrive. The champagne selection provides a noteworthy accompaniment.
