Peter Grasmeier, the owner and head chef of Ontra in the Tech Square technology centre, has set up this modern little restaurant right next door. In the evening, he serves up a tasting menu, in which he skilfully marries classic and Mediterranean influences with Asian ingredients. Taking their cue from the changing seasons, the dishes are creatively prepared and pared down to the essentials, allowing the wonderful flavours of the select produce to come into their own. The service is friendly and competent; astute wine recommendations.
