Chef Ricardo Dias Ferreira focuses on time-honoured cuisine in which the wood fire takes on a starring role. Here, everything is cooked on a wood grill or in a wood-fired oven, hence the distinctive and special flavour evident in each dish. The restaurant has an industrial feel that includes an elegantly decorated and welcoming dining room, but why not sit at the bar-counter in front of the kitchen, where you’ll experience the full preparation process and the aromas emanating from the grill and oven.
