Opened in 2018, this restaurant is the brainchild of Thai-born Isra Sunhachawi and his Vietnamese brother-in-law, Quan Van. Found in a Winter Park shopping center, the space is tiny and simple, offering seating for a handful at a dark granite counter as well as at a few tables. Everything is freshly prepared, and the room quickly fills with the sounds and scents of the crew at work. The concise menu never loses focus, and regulars are well aware that it's all about stir-fried noodles and spicy Korean-style chicken wings. Ramen is also a treat, like the tonkotsu shio, featuring a richly flavored, slow-simmered pork bone broth, stocked with toothsome, thin and wavy noodles, slices of tender, lean pork belly, a shoyu egg and a host of other tasty additions.
