Built in 1825, this picture-perfect building in the smart Bogenhausen district has a long tradition in the culinary arts and is pretty much a must for any visitor to Munich! The tasteful, elegant interior and delightful terrace have been designed with a keen eye for detail. In a pleasingly unpretentious atmosphere, the experienced team led by host Stephan Fobo serves "Alpine cuisine with an Asian twist". Chef Hannes Reckziegel cooks up dishes such as Gutshof Polting char with grilled lettuce, parsley root and yuzu-spinach velouté. In the evening, you can opt for the five-course "Chef's Choice Menu" or order à la carte; the à la carte lunch offering (Mon-Fri) is complemented by a reasonably priced set menu that changes daily. Tip: the Wednesday night special "Schnitzel & Schmarrn" (for two people).
