The second part of mural farmhouse is a modern, casual bistro that places just as much emphasis on sustainability and regionality as FINE DINE. Ingredients are sourced locally and harvested from the restaurant's own raised garden beds on the roof of its affiliated hotel, WunderLocke. Delicious dishes such as einkorn risotto with mountain cheese, herbs (from the rooftop garden), piment d'Espelette and cabbage crisps are served à la carte. You can also have lunch here – the range is slightly smaller and includes some options from the evening menu, as well as a reasonably priced bento box. The selection of organic and biodynamic wines is the same as in the fine dining restaurant.
