This small restaurant is an offshoot of Jürgen Wolfsgruber's Sparkling Bistro, which is located nearby. The cuisine has a distinctly Austrian bias, with dishes such as pike-perch fished in the Salzkammergut region, Szeged cabbage and caraway potatoes featuring on the concise menu. On these premises where legendary chef Hans Haas of Tantris fame used to have his cookery school, the decor is now pleasantly sleek and pared back. A competent team takes care of the service; you get interesting glimpses of the action in the open kitchen. The restaurant is open from 12-8pm.
