It is hardly surprising that this restaurant is so popular. As well as charming and attentive service, diners are drawn by the regionally influenced cuisine conjured up by chef-patron Sven Molitor. Made using carefully selected ingredients, his dishes reveal talent and good craftsmanship. They are down-to-earth, but also show a certain finesse here and there.
