Situated on the outskirts of Maribor, this restaurant with a slightly eccentric and very individual feel is home to owner-chef David Vračko. The two dining rooms here are decorated with a curious mix of furnishings and tables with attractively simple settings. There’s no à la carte, but instead a long tasting menu created by the chef that features colourful, playful dishes with unusual and occasionally contrasting textures. The theme here is creative, interesting cuisine, including a carefully prepared selection of appetisers, delicious salmon tartare with exotic fruit, superb prawns with cauliflower, and mouth-watering duck. Everything is served with a cheerful smile and a real sense of performance.
