Here, the team recreates the flavours of Imperial China, including mouthwatering “bao” buns and dim sum, alongside Yuxiang-style Chinese aubergines, spicy diced chicken with chilli and cashews in a Sichuan sauce, plus the restaurant’s signature dish, the exquisite lacquered Peking duck.
