Michelin-starred Greek cuisine? "Modern Greek cuisine" is what it says on the front door, and that's what you get at this charming, tastefully decorated restaurant run by a husband-and-wife team. The dishes are sophisticated and rich in flavour, interspersed with French influences and the light touch of Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Joannis Malathounis clearly draws inspiration from his Hellenic roots, yet he never relies on them too heavily. It's exciting to see this interpretation of Greek cuisine. There are two 4- to 5-course menus, one of which is vegetarian. In the cosy dining rooms, guests are warmly received by the lady of the house, Anna Malathounis, in person. She is also happy to offer recommendations from the selection of fine Greek wines.
