As you enter, you will see crates of the day's catch stacked and waiting and numerous aquariums filled with king crabs, lobsters and other creatures. Specify your cooking preferences – for us, it was sole à la meunière – and then savour! It will be cooked to perfection and accompanied by carefully prepared accoutrements. Factor in the waterfront location, with views of the boats coming and going on the Bosphorus, and you will really feel like you are on holiday!
