The manager that ran the famous snake soup shop She Wong Yee opened this restaurant on the same street. The classic snake soup is reworked with a slightly altered consistency, alongside fish maw, chicken, hand-sliced pork, dried tangerine peel, wood ear fungus and shiitake mushroom. Of course, you can still order barbecue meats, and glutinous rice to go with the soup. Duck liver sausage with snappy casing is certainly worth trying.
