The contemporary cuisine takes the form of seasonal set menus and à la carte dishes, including vegetarian options. The chefs try to use regional produce as much as possible. Friendly service. For a simpler alternative in the evening, head to Das Stübchen for classic fare or to the beer garden. Parkhotel offers cosy guestrooms. Tip: Enjoy a short walk through the beautiful Stadtgarten. A longer route takes you to the debris field of the (closed) Mont Cenis colliery – right next to it is the viewing platform at the Mont Cenis Academy, which affords fantastic views.
