This place is certainly hip! In Danish, hygge describes a feeling of cosiness and comfortable conviviality – just like the atmosphere conjured up in this pleasantly lively and stylish timber-framed restaurant with an open hearth at its centre. Delicious seasonal and regional dishes are served here, and many of the ingredients come from their own farm. Opt for the "HYGGE" set menu, the surprise menu, or order à la carte. There are appealing vegetarian options, too. The trendy bar-lounge is also popular.
