This dining concept consists of 19 generously sized private rooms, all tastefully furnished in Southeast-Asian style. Based on the theme of Moutai, it has a gallery where a rare collection of the national liquor is displayed. The food is mostly Chaozhou and Cantonese, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Certain items such as double-boiled silkie chicken soup with fresh ginseng and deer sinew have to be pre-ordered.
