The picture postcard location beneath Mont Orgueil Castle is not the only attraction at this good-looking hotel restaurant. Along with a well-stocked bar, is a menu offering the chance to sample the best from Jersey’s waters, including local oysters, scallops and crab. There’s plenty of choice for non-fish eaters too though, with the likes of mature steak or pheasant schnitzel. Save room for dessert, which is a real highlight.
