Having moved from Heinsberg into this sleek and sustainable new building, the chef duo Alexander Wulf and Marcel Kokot present a set menu of very modern dishes replete with Russian influences. You are looked after by a competent, pleasantly relaxed and charming young team led by sommelier Ronny Schreiber – a real wine connoisseur, he surprises diners with interesting, not always conventional wine recommendations. In summer, the chic, pared-back restaurant is complemented by a beautiful terrace. By the way, the Russian name "Troyka" means "trio" and refers to the well-versed trio who run this establishment.
