Established in 1993, Franz Keller's family-run Adler Wirtschaft is an institution in the region. Inside this charming little half-timbered house, the atmosphere is cosy and down-to-earth – traditional tavern culture is still alive and well here. The concept: you choose dishes to make up your own fixed-price menu. There are also mouthwatering steak options. They use pork from Bentheim Black Pied pigs and beef from Charolais and Limousin cows, sourced from their own farm in the Taunus region (Falkenhof). NB: The whole table will be billed together; credit cards not accepted.
