Working in an open kitchen, Dejan Gavric is clearly keeping up with the times. He is a chef who likes to incorporate Mediterranean influences and techniques. This is evident in the dish comprising pan-fried sea bass fillet with mussels and sea lavender and featuring a variety of garnishes. The wine list, while not too extensive, is international, well curated and great value for money.
