The Grom brothers run their restaurant in the centre of this small town. Front of house, Niklas provides excellent service along with astute recommendations from the impressive wine list. Meanwhile, Jason presides in the kitchen, cooking up ambitious modern dishes. Diners can opt for the "burg" set menu, the vegetarian alternative ("gartenliebe") or à la carte dishes from the selection of classics. The dry-aged meat sourced from the neighbouring Leimgrabenhof – various cuts are prepared on the charcoal grill – are particularly recommended. The decor is characterised by premium materials and chic, minimalist design. Vinophiles Flair is testament to the owners' enthusiasm for wine. The same goes for Weinba(a)r, which in the evening serves bar food and burgers, alongside regional classics and specials from the grill. Tip: Events featuring winemakers or barbecue evenings are organised here. For overnight guests, die burg also has modern and functional guestrooms.
