One of Cagliari’s most interesting restaurants, Josta boasts two small dining rooms with an original decor that combines modern design with a few traditional features – the room by the entrance has the open-view kitchen to the rear. The menu focuses on Sardinian specialities reinterpreted with a contemporary twist, such as the delicious ham (from a typical Sardinian breed of pig), fregula pasta, mullet, and traditional Saba dessert.
