Description
Nicknamed the Queen of Ria Formosa, chef Noélia, whose restaurant bears her name, is a well-known celebrity across Portugal. This passionate, self-taught cook is always seeking to create new recipes and experiment with new combinations. Her recipes are based around locally caught fish and seafood that feature on a fixed menu, although there are always a variety of choices that focus on the day’s freshest ingredients.
