More commonly known as just Busanjip, this eatery at Gwangalli Beach has long been a popular spot, always bustling with customers waiting to get in. After decades of business in its previous location, the restaurant moved to this location in 2018. Unlike Seoul-style bulgogi, where meat is cooked in broth, the Eonyang style features marinated meat grilled on a gridiron or over a fire. As for flavor, Seoul bulgogi tends to be sweet, whereas Eonyang bulgogi is less so, with more emphasis on the nutty taste of Korean beef sirloin enhanced by the acidic flavor of the sauce. In addition to its namesake dish, Busanjip serves up a diverse range of special beef cuts. Come and relish the beauty of the coastal waters off Gwangalli today – with each scrumptious bite of beef topped on rice!
