Onjung is a small yakitori bistro run by a couple, who opened their first restaurant here in Busan after acquiring culinary experience in Seoul. Though their yakitori is made with Korean native chicken, the meat is soft in texture as they use poultry appropriately sized for the dish. The brick-arched entrance and low-saturation lighting create a cozy ambiance that accentuates the flavors of this bistro’s wide selection of nihonshu (Japanese sake) and whisky. Why not come and indulge in a drink or two with yummy skewers of yakitori?
