When we think of a French bistro we all have a general idea of what to expect. This corner restaurant, complemented by small pavement terraces on each side for alfresco dining, boasts an intimate and attractively classical interior with tables set close together, a kitchen that is partially visible from the bar, whitewashed woodwork and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. Chef Martín Rebaudino who, as part of his career path, travelled to Europe and had the good fortune to share a kitchen with legendary Spanish chefs such as Martín Berasategui, Juan Mari Arzak and Pedro Subijana, offers an extensive contemporary-style à la carte with French, Spanish and Argentinian influences that includes an appetising array of hot and cold starters, delicious risottos, and top-quality red meats. If you sit out on the terrace, you’ll almost feel as though you’re dining on a Parisian boulevard!
