Sia Eli takes full advantage of its environment – they grow vegetables, herbs and fruit in their five acres of kitchen garden, and catch fish in the sea a little further away. The natural splendour of the surrounding hills is also central to this open restaurant, which blends beautifully into the green setting – perfect for a romantic dinner for two! While Tolgar Mireli only serves pizza and burgers in the afternoon, in the evening he pulls out all the stops to showcase his take on Turkish cuisine. He primarily bases his dishes on vegetables, with which he creates small plates and mezze. He also serves lamb skewers, charcoal-grilled until perfectly medium-rare, accompanied by a lamb jus and spiced aubergine. Farm-to-table with a unique twist!
