A charming, long-standing family business, where Cliff Hämmerle sticks to what he does best: serving classic cuisine, skilfully imbued with creative touches. He works with top-notch ingredients and likes to use lots of vegetables, especially regional produce. The seven-course "Chef's Table Menu" is also available in a vegetarian version. Serving starts at 7pm. In a tastefully modern setting, up to 12 diners are seated at four tables. You should allow plenty of time for this culinary adventure. A pared-down set menu is served at lunchtime.
