In its elegant dining room, bathed in natural light and embellished with designer details, enjoy innovative cuisine from Joël Castanyé that has a strong emphasis on detail, both in terms of technique and presentation. Through his menus (usually one concise menu and a second, more extensive, seasonal option), the chef skilfully reworks the flavours of Lérida as he searches for the perfect symbiosis between his savoury dishes and the fruits that enhance them, the latter sourced from various fruit farms in the local area as well as from his own garden. His delicious pork and apple tartlet pays homage to two of Lérida’s most iconic ingredients.
