An informal dining space occupying the former premises of the Pakta restaurant, The cuisine here, which takes its inspiration from classic Japanese inns (izakayas), can be enjoyed either at table or at the bar counter, where guests can choose between the à la carte (montaditos, nigiris, oysters etc) or the Izakaya Mediterranean Selection tasting menu. On these, dishes (such as the “yakishimo” of red mullet suquet with foie gras; the “fricandó” of tuna; and the charcoal-grilled chocolate “mochi” with olive oil ice-cream) combine the flavours of the Mediterranean with those of Asia.
