In his own words, Chef Sareen “pulls apart, questions and reimagines Thai cuisine”. Unafraid of challenging conventions, he includes savoury ingredients in sweet recipes and sweet ingredients, like seasonal fruit, in savoury dishes, resulting in intelligently crafted and artistically presented Thai food.
